River Heights Lodge is a North Battleford facility which provides accessible, appropriate, and safe long-term care services to residents requiring such care. The Lodge is under the direction of the Prairie North Health Region.

St. Paul's Anglican Church Women host a birthday party every year at the Lodge.

On October 24^th, 2007. Mrs. Junice Headley (piano), Rev. Peter Norman (guitar), Rosemarie Katzell and Elma Lesko (center) provided background music for twelve residents at the Lodge who were celebrating their birthdays.
One resident of the Lodge celebrated her 100^th birthday.

In January of 2003, a team was formed to start meetings and conducting bible readings, hymn singing and payer at the Lodge.
Rosemarie Katzell leads the service at RHL every Thursday evening at 5:00 p.m.

Rev. Peter Norman leads a Communion service at River Hights Lodge (RHL) the First Thursday of the month at 10 a.m.
